Super Sleuths – Agatha Christie’s Poirot pays tribute to Christie and gives an insight into the creation and adaptation of her little Belgian detective from page to small screen.

 

Features interviews with cast and crew - hear among other things about the technique Suchet uses when doing the “mince”, and what “recycling” has got to do with the outdoor night-scenes from Whitehaven Mansion.
 
With, among others, Philip Jackson, Hugh Fraser, Pauline Moran, David Suchet, writers Anthony Horowitz and Clive Eaton, producer Brian Eastman, Christie’s grandson Matthew Prichard and Simon Brett, the President of the Detection Club. 
 
The documentary comes as a bonus on Acorn Media’s Poirot – The Movie Collection set 4, 7 July 2009 in US
