Hanne Andersen has been showing her artwork since 1997 and therefore has wide experience in this area. She paints landscapes, which have been the major theme in Hanne Andersen’s artistic expression since 2007. She is a self-taught artist and always uses acrylic paint, which she feels allows her the greatest freedom of movement.
This can be seen in her light brush strokes and in the way her colours are combined. Hanne Andersen loves to be active out in nature. She lives in the middle of it, out in the country near Kerteminde, on Funen. The heavens are vast and the view is wide open; this is the lovely landscape that gives Hanne Andersen the inspiration and the drive to interpret a part of her mood. She creates her own “Nature-pictures”.
