The CW released a new sneak peek preview for "The Vampire Diaries" season 4, episode 10 "After School Special." Spoiler alert – turn away now if you don’t want to see what’s coming up on the show.

The preview (seen below, left) shows that Rebekah will be rejoining the Mystic Falls gang for the second half of the season. The preview hints, "The Originals are back and they are thirsty."

Next, fans watch as Jeremy works on developing his vampire hunter skills. Damon watches on as he wrestles another man to the ground.Stefan is still having trouble dealing with Elena's intimate relationship with Damon. He asks her, "How many more ways can you rip my heart out?" The preview ends with Jeremy telling Damon, "Tell Klaus that we're not going to do this his way."

This episode will also introduce a new character to the show! Viewers can expect to meet Bonnie's long lost father, Rudy Hopkins. According to VampireDiaries.com, he wasn't fond of Bonnie's close relationship with Grams and "he didn’t care to know about her involvement with witchcraft." They add, "It appears as though he’s going to rise to the occasion in Season 4 to protect his young daughter from all the perils of Mystic Falls."

It’s going to be a long wait for this episode so mark your calendars now for Thursday, January 17 to see "The Vampire Diaries" season 4 episode 10, "After School Special" on West Palm Beach Comcast channel 4 (The CW).
