Onyx V have free delivery to all addresses in Denmark.
If you want the jewelry send in a special way (recommanded, COD, express post ect.) you have to contact us
here. You will however be charged with the resulted extra cost.
If the jewelry has to be sent to another country you have to order it via our contect form, which you can find
here.
Delivery
Onyx V provides delivery via GLS or Post Denmark (unless otherwise stated) to the receiver.
Timely delivery however requires that GLS or Post Denmark comply with the day-to-day delivery, If there are delays with GLS or Post Denmark, this will delay the delivery.
Onyx V can not be held responsible for delays in GLS or Post Denmark. In cases of very late or outright missing deliveries Onyx V wil of cause refund you, or send an item of equal value if desired. Absence / loss of supply has to immediately be communicated to Onyx V, so delivery can be reported lost to GLS or Post Denmark. Should the original delivery arrive to the buyer subsequently, it shall without undue delay be returned unopened to Onyx V.
