We want to wish you all a merry christmas and a happy new year!
It has been a great year with many experiences.
In the start of the year we had our first litter. It brought many concerns but also a lot of joy!
We decided to keep Amigo from the litter and we are so happy for this decision. Becca and him are really enjoying eachother :o)
It has also been a very exiting show year for us. We have been showing Amigo in baby and puppy classes and it has been very exiting to show a 'new' dog. And Amigo has really turned out well. We are very proud of his achievements this year; 4 x BOB baby, 2 x BOB puppy, 4 x BIS placements and a second place at the Euro Dog Show in Leeuwarden! Yes, it has indeed been an exiting show year!
We are looking forward to next year and all the new adventures :-)

The last international dog show in Denmark for this year is finished. It was held in Herning and we participated with Amigo in puppy class.
Both days six puppy males was participating and what a competition - really good looking boys :-)
Amigo looked great both days but unfortunately he became insecure because of the floor in showring. This caused that he didn't show as usual but he got some good critiques anyway :-)
Both days the judges also commented on my handling in the critiques and I am very happy of this. I practice a lot and try to be professional in the ring. A lot has happened since I startet handling at my first show in 2009, so it's great the judges notices that I make a great effort in the ring :-)

We have been to a two-days show in Gorlev, Denmark with Amigo and it went fantastic! The judges really liked Amigo both days - see their words about Amigo at 'our dogs' 'results'.
Both saturday and sunday Amigo was in puppy class and both days he got got very promising 1, best of breed puppy and best in show 3 puppy!! We were in cloud nine that weekend :-)

We went for a walk in the forest today with both dogs. It was great weather, the sun was shining and leaves from the trees was falling down with beautiful colours.

Yesterday we went to the last outdoor show in Denmark this year. It was DKK international show in Bjerringbro. We showed both our dogs. See the results at 'our dogs'.

We have been to our first show outside of Denmark. We went to the Euro Dog Show in The Netherlands and the day before we went to the PDC Euro Speciality show.
It was a great trip! The shows went really good and it was fun to see some of all the Coton breeders from around the world.
Besides the show we had fun in the city Leeuwarden were the show was held.
Saturday Amigo was in baby class for the last time at the Euro Speciality and he got very promising and best of breed baby and best in show 5 baby. Sunday at the Euro Dog Show he turned 6 months and was showed for the first time in puppy class. He got very promising and was second in the male puppy class :-)
We are very proud of him and we will never forget this fantastic weekend.

8/21-11
This weekend we went to a show. This time it was a national show in Varde, Denmark.
It was great weather - sun was shining and it was really hot - maybe a bit too hot for the dogs in the showring.
Amigo was in baby class. Unfortunately he didn't show as well as he normally does - I think we misunderstood each other at some point in the ring which made him stop up and he didn't know what to do.
Becca did really well at the show and we are proud of her :-)

The danish kennel club has arranged a big international four day show and we showed one of the days with Becca - Amigo is too young for the classes at international shows.
Judge Birthe Scheel had some very nice comments on Becca but she thought Becca had to little coat in the head - we know this and hope it will grow back soon. It's of course because Amigo plays with the hair in her head and bites it off with his sharp puppy teeth.

When we were at the club show it wasn't really weather to take a good picture of Amigo's wins. But yesterday the sun was shining and we took a picture.
Here he is with his wins from 2 x best of breed baby and 1 x best in show baby 2.
We are still on a cloud and very happy!

We have been to a three day club show in Grenaa Denmark.
Both our dogs were shown all three days and it was Amigo's first time at a real official show.
It was raining all weekend and mud everywhere - but in spite of that we had a great weekend with great results and fun with friends :-)

We thought it was about time to make a new update.
Amigo is 4 months old and he has had his first swim! We think swimming is good and different exercise for the dogs and it's also good environment training for a young puppy as Amigo.
He wasn't comfortable with the situation at first but when Bjarke jumped into a pair of waders and jumped into the water with Amigo, it was much better :-) Anything to please our dogs ;-)

Amigo has been to his first show 3 months old :-)
He was shown at an unofficial show in baby class. He did really well - easy to stack and followed Bettina wonderfully around the ring - looking at her the whole time :-)
In baby male class two males where registered and Amigo got very promising 1 and best of breed baby! We are very proud of him!
Becca and amigo are now both registered to our three day club show in July.

This weekend we have been to a two-days club show in Vejen Denmark. It was the first show after Becca's pregnancy - great to be back :-)
Unfortunately it was raining both days.
Becca was shown in open class. We both think she looked great especially when you keep in mind that Amigo is damaging her coat with his puppy teeth.
We didn't show Amigo because he is still to young but he went with us to the show and he got a lot of new impressions.

15/5-11
Amigo is already 10 weeks old. We have started training him a litlle bit and he is easy to work with. Becca enjoys to have someone to play with all day long ;-)
We have registered Amigo to his first show - it is a small unoffficial show and he will be 3 months old at the show.

Now we make it official - we are keeping Amigo! He is 6 weeks old and he has turned out to be a very promising boy :-)
We will start showing him in baby class when he turns 3 months old.

We have named our little baby boy Amigo. He is growing a lot but he also has all the milk he can drink all by himself ♥
He is three weeks old and is very curious.

Finally!!
Becca gave bith to a beautiful male puppy on March 4. He weighed 190 g and is a strong little fellow :-) He was born with black pigment in the mouth on the lips and we think he has a beautiful head so he looks very promising :-)

Today Becca is 59 days pregnant and we are expecting the birth any day now :-)
We are very excited. We can feel the puppies kicking inside of her - we are looking forward to seeing them :-)

Today Becca is 42 days pregnant. She is getting bigger and bigger :-) Bjarke has made a nice place for Becca to give birth - you can se it in one of the photos beneath.

Today we went to the vet and got Becca scanned. She is pregnant! We are very happy :-)
Her stomach is also getting a little bit bigger - today she is 29 days pregnant. It is very exiting to follow her pregnancy and we will keep updating with photos of her growing stomach.

We welcome the new year and are looking forward to hopefully our first litter in March! Becca has been mated with Ylang Ylang Vital (Valde). We will get Becca scanned in January.
