Over the years we had an increasing interest from young people who want to experience the life in a third world country and help where they can. These volunteers benefit greatly from working in another culture and in a different environment. And furthermore, the lives of the Zambian youth that are in Dream Factory's projects are also being enriched. It's a win- win situation.
In Dream Factory we believe that we all have a role to play, and by the help of volunteers, we can reach further. Dream Factory functions as a connecting link between volunteers and the work/projects here in Zambia. Our the staff is responsible for making a working schedule that suits the individual volunteer. Volunteers stay at "Dream House" for a minimal cost. The Dream House is also the base for our office. In this way, we can offer a safe place, and a house full of life with different people from different nations.
Should the need arise, Dream Factory will communicate between the individual volunteer and their families.
