ARE YOU HELSINGØR ART GALLERY´S NEXT ARTIST?

• It is possible to reserve exhibition space for serverel months at a time.
• You don`t need to mind the gallery. We`ll do that for you!
• The gallery occupies two floors, offering various different exhibition spaces, including a 17th century cellar that is itself a work of art.
• The paintings have to be mounted with hangings on the back and can only hang in the Galleri’s hanging system with hooks.
• The Artist is responsible for the curating and safe hanging of the work.
• All paintings have to be supplied with price, title, measurements, name and phone number. The sign has to be mounted on the painting and not on the wall.
• Max one, which is not for sale, is allowed at the exhibition.
• The exhibitor is committed to show up for the agreed time for the hanging and taking down of the work.
• Helsingør Art Gallery will not cover the insurance of the artwork and is the responsibility of the exhibitor.
•  It is expected, that the exhibitor will participate in the Preview, which will be held at the first Saturday of the month from 12pm to 2pm.
•  The exhibitor will be mentioned in the Gallery’s Newsletter, homepage and facebook and Instagram.  The Gallery will also arrange for possible news coverage in the local media.
• The exhibitor is responsible for invitations to the Preview for their own network.
•  All-sales of paintings is the responsibility of the duty manager of the day, both during and after the Preview.
• Helsingør Art Gallery charges 20% of the sale of paintings.
