-Poetically romance and sensuality - This is how I often hear my work described. I have in my professional life always worked with people - and maybe this is also why I now mainly portrays people. My universe reflects sensuality - of the individual as well as in the relationship. The intention is not to paint accurately or to explain why. It's about being touched by the feelings that arise.

I was born in 1970 and have my studio in Frederikssund. I am self-taught artist inspired by more modern contemporary artists such as English artist Andrew Salgado and the South African artist Lionel Smit.

 

The colors are wide-ranging, from the strong contrasts in the acrylics to the more delicate shades of watercolors. Contemporary figurative paintings and portraits, the use of strong colors and expressions of intense emotion and sensuality. I paint intuitively, and often without a prior plan or intention.

I exhibit in most of Denmark, and has recently been featured in galleries in Jutland and on Gallery Visual Attack in Copenhagen. I'm eager to get out with my art. Enjoy to participate in exhibitions and art fairs, not least to hear the many wonderful comments when people get hit.

In 2016 one of my paintings was recognised with a special mark by the 5 examiners of Amateur Artists' Spring Exhibition.

My wish is that my paintings leave the viewer affected by a mood and a desire for contemplation.
