I am an american civil war reenactor.
You may ask; what is that ?!
Well, I make the history come to life, together with other danes. We re-enact the battles, camp life, picnics and balls.
We are somewhat 80-90 pepople in Denmark whom re-enact the civil war.
As you may know the war was roughly from 1860 to 1865.

How did I get in to this ?
My farher joined the danish reenactment in 2001, and took me along for an event
in 2005, I then learned a bit about being a medic, and I LOVED IT.
So I took part in May 2005 and has since then been a southern nurse.
