Because of the significant growth of the composites industry, a number of engineers with Mechanical, Plastics and Load Assessment backgrounds have developed composite engineering competencies.
Competence Cluster
Denmark has due to the growth of wind turbine industry developed a solid composite engineering skill base - primarily focused on wind turbine blade application and to some extend nacelle housing and spinners.
New Composites benefit from the access to a cluster of very experienced composite engineers, with insight to both the products and the wind energy industry.
The engineering capabilities are based out of Denmark. Project execution can be from our dedicated test and prototype facility in Denmark focused on European customers or in collaboration with local partners for projects in Americas and Asia.
