We are a group of internationals who come from diverse backgrounds but are united by a common faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. We believe in the Great Commission of Matthew 28:18-20 and are excited that so many nations have come to our doorstep, right here in Lund! We want to be God's hand extended in uniting, building, developing and growing internationals that come to Lund to stay, whether for 6 months or for 6 years.
We believe in the power of "meeting in each other's homes and eating together with glad and sincere hearts, devoting ourselves to the teaching of the Bible and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer" (Acts 2, paraphrased).
Our purpose can be considered 5-fold: Build, Equip, Attract, Connect, Reach Out. We believe in building on our foundation in Jesus, being equipped for ministry, attracting and reaching out to others by connecting with them on a personal level, and be Christ's voice in our culture and generation.
Every Wednesday, we join with our Swedish brothers and sisters in meeting in each other's homes where we build relationships in fellowship, worship God, learn more about Him through His Word, and pray for one another. We yearn to be your "home away from home"!
We also regularly organise extra-curricular activities for internationals such as trips to Ales Stenar and Söderåsen, international potlucks, traditional Swedish parties, e.g. midsummer celebrations and crayfish parties, to introduce our internationals to what Sweden is all about.
