IT Technical Session

The first Tuesday of every month the Directorate of Planning and Information (DPI) holds a computer training session in the DPI director's office (Medical Headquarters, Banjul). The agenda is as follows:

• 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM - Computer Use Guidelines Training
• 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM - Questions and Answers - Bring us any questions or problems you might have with computers at DoSH&SW and we will do our best to help or tell you where you can get assistance

All DoSH&SW employees MUST attend a Computer Use Policy Training session.

Any employee of DoSH&SW is invited to attend either or both of these sessions.

Computer Use Guidelines Training

This training covers the basics of how to take care of your computer and how to use the various computer facilities offered by DoSH&SW.

During this session you will be guided through the Computer Use Guidelines document which each department will be given a copy of.

Questions and Answers

This session is for you to ask us any questions you might have about:

• How to use your computer
• How to fix any problems you might have with your computer
• How to use any computer software your might have installed on your computer
• How to use the Internet
• How to access DoSH&SW information
