The studs dissipate the impact forces and foot pressure while the midsole creates superior shock dispersion and alleviates forces that would normally travel through your heel, ankle and calf. It also adds support and stability to the heel, and strengthens the arch of the shoe, while still maintaining the required fore-foot flexibility. The EVA midsole raises your heel slightly, repositioning your weight forwards. This creates a better running position, relieving forces from the legs and calves, minimising pain, reducing the risk of injury and creating a faster movement from standing to running.
