Statutes

 

·       The Order is governed by the Grand Master of the Order.

·       The Grand Master has the full authority to appoint his successor.

·       The Grand Master will hold the highest rank of the Order.

·       The Grand Master the authority to confer or revokes all dignities granted within the Order.

·       The Grand Master or Chancellor can makes inquiry into each application. The Grand Master will render his decision, which is final. If unfavorable, such decision is not to be interpreted as being in any way a reflection upon the candidate.

·       Members are required to maintain contact with the Grand Master, the Chancellor or National Commander and advise them promptly of any change of address, E-mail address or telephone number.

·       A completed Vita or Resume is required to include, name, address, E-mail, phone number date of birth, profession, honors received, etc.

·       Each successful applicant must acknowledge and confirm the acceptance of all appointments made by the Grand Master.

·       All appointments of Knighthood are “Life Appointments”.

·       The Grand Master has the authority to modify the statutes for the good operation of the Order.

·       The Grand Master must approve all letterheads, forms and all other documents for public diffusion, published by the Order, or for the Order by any Officer.

  • Every Knight or Dame is authorized their own Secretary and Master of Ceremonies to provide assistance with their private and official duties and issues of protocol.  They shall be appointed as “Honorary Members” of the Order.
