·       The Chancellor and Knight Grand Commander of the Association governs the Association assisted by the Knight Commanders.

·       The Chancellor has the full authority to appoint his successor.

·       The Chancellor will hold the highest rank of the Order.

·       The Chancellor has the authority to confer or revokes all dignities granted within the Association.

·       The Chancellor and Knight Commanders can makes inquiry into each application.

·       The Knight Commanders will select and appoint and invest Knights. Their decisions are final.  If unfavorable, such decision is not to be interpreted as being in any way a reflection upon the candidate.

·       Knights are required to maintain contact with the Knight Commanders and advise them promptly of any change of address, E-mail address, or telephone number. 

·       Knight Commanders are required to maintain contact with the Chancellor and advise him promptly of any change of address, E-mail address or telephone number of the members.

·       A completed Vita or Resume is required to include, name, address, E-mail, phone number date of birth, profession, honors received, etc. A copy is to be forwarded to the Chancellor.

·       Members are required to help people in need.

·      Membership is by application to any Knight Commander of the Association.

·       Volunteer service to help others is expected of all members. We are all called to good works.  Where your mind goes, you will follow.
