- Create construction drawings for submittal to clients and the New York City
Department of Buildings (NYCDOB).
- Review and implement changes based on NYCDOB comments to submitted
plans.
- Design interiors, including selection and specification of materials and appliances
for kitchens, bathrooms, and other interior spaces.
- Recent work includes several residential properties, including transformation of an
old church and adjacent properties into a 41-unit condominium, ground-up
development of an empty lot into 31 apartment units, and creation of a mixed-use
development in Park Slope.
