My visit to London
I am writing from the, airport in London. We have just been in London for two weeks. Now we are going back to Denmark. The visit to London have been a lovely holiday, we stayed on Meininger Hotel And Hostel, because the Hotel/Hostel was cheaply and so we have more money to going to see some history of London. The first day in London, we visit the Crown Jewels. The Crown Jewels lies at Tower Hill London EC3. It was very exciting, to see the crown jewels of London, it was beuatiful to see, because it was very shiny. The second day we, where going to see two things, first we where going to see London Eye. London Eye is like a rolercoaster, just more slowly. You going in a litle buble, were you can see out of all sites, it taked an hour to come up and down again. The second thing we where going to see, was Buckingham palace. Buckingham palace is the official London residence of Britain's rulers since 1837 and today is the headquarters of the Monarch.
Buckingham Palace is used for many official events held by The Queen, the state Rooms at Buckingham Palace are open to visitors every year. There's up to 50,000 visitors every year. The last day in london we where going to see Big ben. Bigben is the nickname for the bell at Westminster palace in London also known as the big bell in Westminster. Most of the people in London would call the tower for Big Ben to, but it’s only the name of the bell.
