The biggining of London
The beginnings of London is dated at the invasion of the Romans in 43AD.
It was at the time the Romans ruled over most countries.
The commander of the Roman troops was Aulus Plautius. He pushed his men up towards Colchester, The Roman army was slowed down by the Thames, so Plautius was forced to build a bridge, so the roman army could get across the Thames.
This was the first bridge near London, the brigde has been excavated recently, and found to be only a few meters from the London Bridge today.

London at that time, got destroyed by the queen of Iceni tribe, boudicca, she was against the new rulers of England, so she rebelled against the romans. She destroyed Londons trading centre, and killed thousand of traders.
it was built up again, London started to grow quickly after it was being rebuilt, London continued to grow.
As we can see today, London has grown up to a beautiful city, with many attractions and other various things.

1930 - Very many jews came to London, pursued by the Germans.
1938 - Germany became a big threat to England, childrens was moved out of London to close countrysides.
1940 - The Blitz, an artillery of germany, that destroyed over a third of London
1946 - Heathrow airport opened
